Weather in origin countries and speculation have played a sgnificant role in international coffee prizing.
Hope for better crops only briefly, dominated expectations, but reluctant origing selling and
dwindling stocks in consuming countries pushed prices (again) much higher than expected.

This season we were not able to purchase any Harrar or Bonga coffee from Ethiopia, neither could we lay our hands on enough
Mexico Maragogype, stock is almost gone and we fear that we have to wait for next crop.

We are happy that we could purchase El Salvador Las Nubes and Nepal, both organic!
New EU regulations on packaging (PPWR) came into force, which forced us to halt (for the time being) exports to EU countries.
