Coffees
This coffee has a light acidity, soft and
smooth body and floral flavors as well as
cinnamon, ginger, and citrus.
The farm is situated 75 km north of the capital Kathmandu at the foothills of the
Ganesh Himal range beside the Trisuli Snow fed river and was established in 1996
with Caturra seeds. 100% Shade grown and washed coffee. Irrigation and processing
takes place via Snow fed (glacier) river Trisuli.

Due to the establishment of our shade grown estate we have encouraged the return
of several endangered wild life like leopard, dear civets along with a multitude of
both migratory and non – migratory birds (these birds are only found in shade grown
areas as the coffee trees being too low for safety the higher trees are selected
nestling). It is to be noted that we could be the only Himalayan Snowfed (Glacial)
water irrigated and washed coffees
